To purchase tobacco products for resale, the business address of your customer account and state issued Tobacco Retailer's License must match the shipping address. The shipping address must be a commercial business address (P. O. Boxes are not eligible). If these requirements are not met, the customer account will not be eligible to purchase tobacco products for resale from Prime Wholesale.

At this time, orders for this item can only be delivered to retailers with commercial addresses in California. By placing your order, you certify that you are at least 21 years old. Proof of age will be required upon delivery.
